Un post sotto le coperte

Mi ritrovo a scrivere un post con il cellulare. Voi mi direte che non mi passa niente ma io vi dico:”Attendo il sonno sotto le coperte”.
Voglio scrivere finchè quella sensazione di completo abbandono mi invaderà, si quella sensazione che ho proprio nell’istante in cui mi sto per addormentare, l’istante esatto nel quale stacco con la Terra e divento completamente vulnerabile.
Con il tempo sono riuscito a riconoscere il giungere di quella sensazione ma è proprio un attimo, un respiro un po’ più lungo degli altri che mi accompagna chissà in che remoti posti. Gli occhi si chiudono e paure, speranze, amori, lavori si fermano per rincontrarli appena svegli.
Forse è perchè vediamo, diciamo, tocchiamo troppe cose durante la giornata che il nostro corpo ha bisogno di metabolizzare e si richiede del tempo.
Ma che senso ha dormire? Stare da soli sdraiati per una moltitudine di ore a non fare apparentemente assolutamente niente? Perchè abbiamo bisogno di tutto questo tempo e sopratutto in tutte le ore di sonno noi, persona dove siamo?

Io, da persona pigra, trovo che dormire sia uno dei piaceri della vita. Stare sotto le coperte al caldo e fermarti un attimo a pensare, a leggere o chiacchierare dopo una giornata intensa. Fino ad addormentarti. Non vi rinuncerei per nulla al mondo!

@Carli: pensa invece se non avessimo mai bisogno di dormire. Si potrebbe occupare tutte quelle ore per fare un sacco di cose.
Non essere mai stanchi oppure aver bisogno di dormire solo 1 oretta e non di più. Bello!!

adesso che ti sei riposato un po’ hai capito perchè abbiamo bisogno di dormire o sei ancora nel limbo del non-sense??

convinciti che non è inutile. perfino la macchina migliore e più efficiente deve restare adeguatamente a riposo epr ottimizzare le prestazioni
