Tag Cloud per le aziende

Conoscete tutti la “tag cloud“, tradotta come “nuvola delle etichette”?
L’insieme dei tag che voi utilizzate nel vostro sito, confluiscono tutti all’interno della “tag cloud“. Questa, è una disposizione intelligente dei vostri tag. Tag rappresentati con “size” più grande, significa che sono i tag che più vengono utilizzati all’interno del sito.
La “tag cloud” risponde quindi alla seguente domanda:” Di cosa si parla nel vostro sito?”. Un utente che entra nel vostro sito, analizzando la “tag cloud” subito può capire se il sito nel quale è arrivato effettivamente gli interessa oppure no.
Vediamo adesso l’applicazione aziendale che la “tag cloud” può avere: spero si sia capito che la “tag cloud” è una disposizione intelligente dei tag che consente, all’utente che approda nel vostro sito, di avere fin da subito l’idea di cosa si parla nel vostro sito. Due applicazioni:
1) supponiamo che un’azienda possa osservare la “tag cloud” di un intero Social network (Flickr, YouTube,
Technorati, etc). L’azienda in un attimo ha la possibilità di sapere a cosa è interessato l’intero Social network, ricordo che You Tube nel 2007 ha fatto 47 milioni di utenti attivi (sarebbe un buon feedback per le aziende). Ad esempio, Flickr è un Social Network dove crea una relazione fra le parti partendo da scatti fotografici. Per un’azienda che produce attrezzatura fotografica forse sarebbe interessante sapere cosa ne pensa e le necessità di un pubblico attivo di utenti di Flickr che usano la macchina fotografica per partecipare al S.N..(La Sony è già attiva in questo senso);
2)siamo in piena globalizzazione, la concorrenza incalza di molto e le aziende si rendono conto che il ciclo di vita dei loro prodotti scorre sempre più velocemente. Cosa fare? Le aziende devono immettere sul mercato prodotti sempre più nuovi ma come fanno a conscere cosa il consumatore vuole? Bhè, marketing relazionale e magari anche la “tag cloud” può essere uno strumento che consente alle aziende di capire a cosa sono/sarebbero interessati gli utenti;
3) l’ “azienda alfa” che sta sondando la “tag cloud” può ritrovare tra i vari tag ad esempio “grosso problema azienda alfa” e magari questo tag è scritto anche in grassetto. Bene o male? Sarebbe male se l’azienda non fosse arrivata a conoscenza di questo tag. A questo punto cosa fare? Bhè, se il tag è scritto in grassetto allora nel Social network se ne parla ancora e l’azienda può intervenire nel S.N. per capire quale sia stato il problema con la sua azienda e cercare di far qualcosa per sistemare la situazione. Se il tag è scritto con size molto ridotto allora l’azienda è arrivata troppo in ritardo perchè del tag “problema azienda alfa” se ne è parlato ma adesso non se ne parla più. Un’opportunità persa.
1+2+3= La “tag cloud” è un ottimo feedback per le aziende. Queste in una manciata di secondi possono sapere se si parla di loro, se gli utenti hanno parlato della loro realtà aziendale nel bene o nel male ancora, le aziende possono capire cosa interessa agli utenti e poter sviluppare un’ offerta aziendale più adeguata(l’utente nel social network è interessato a sviluppare una relazione…) La “tag cloud” è un feedback gratuito che le imprese possono utilizzare.
