Cosa rispondi alla gente che dice che è contro i commenti ?
Debbie:
Credo che il blog sia una piattaforma che ti consenta di farti conoscere publicamente ( Brand yourself ) e che ti consenta di relazionarti con la blogosfera. Ecco cos’ è un software per blog.
Se non vuoi abilitare i commenti, allora hai un sito e non un blog.
Se voui che il tuo sito sia un blog, devi consentire i commenti. Altra cosa importante è la moderazione dei commenti che ricevi. I commenti moderati saranno commenti che non appariranno immediatamente nel blog. La moderazione dei commenti ti consente di poterli, prima di pubblicare, verificarli. Molti lo fanno. Le grandi Aziende lo fanno. I blog più popolari lo fanno. I motivi? Spam, commenti fuori tema e/o non adeguati allo stile del tuo blog. Commenti non appropriati.
Qualche tempo fa ho scritto sul blog della General Motor. Il blog è chiamato ” Fast Lane ” (Canale Veloce). Ogni tanto ricevevo dei commenti da parte di alcuni ragazzi i quali non erano molto contenti dei camion della General Motor. Criticavano i fornitori. Non erano contenti della GM.
Cosa potevo fare? Ho il numero dell’amministratore delegato della GM da avvisare che stanno parlando male della GM nel blog GM? La risposta è no. Questo non è argomento per il mio blog. Non faccio parte del Customer Care GM.

Credo fortemente che si debbano permetterre i commenti e che non siano cancellati, così che possa io e tutti i lettori interessati, rileggerli quando si vuole.
Terza cosa importante che devi introdurre nel tuo blog è la ” Comment Policy “.
Dovreste pubblicarla nel blog così che tutti possano leggerla e capire perchè magari un loro commento è stato non pubblicato.
Nella comment policy potete scrivere quali sono le clausole comportamentali o le cose che si possono/non possono dire. Ricordate che siete voi i padroni di casa. E’ il vostro blog e dovete farlo capire.

Si, io lo faccio. In più, uso un anti-spam così sono sicura che a commentare ci sia una persona e non un software. Delle volte sono io personalmente che modero i commenti.
Nel prossimo pezzo di intervista andremo ad analizzare la questione: ” Fomentare una conversazione mediante le polemiche “.
