Puntata 18: I Corporate blog in USA

I blog sono nati come validi strumenti tramite i quali avviare una comunicazione a doppio senso ( trasmetto – ricevo ). Il blog ha introdotto l’elemento interazione.
Questi blog sono diventati così importanti in quanto hanno fornito sia una buona visibilità all’impresa che la capacità di interagire con un pubblico che bypassa il pericoloso filtro degli altri media.
Molti dei software usati per i blog sono di produzione americana, ancora gli americani credono nell’ importanza delle opinioni personali e quindi questo a dato vita a molti CEO blog, export blog.
Inizialmente in America, ad utilizzare i blog, erano poche e specifiche imprese soprattutto dei settori più tecnologici adesso, compaiono blog da tutti i tipi di imprese. HP è un esempio di impresa che sta aumentando l’uso di blog d’impresa dove vengono postati pubblicazioni da parte di svariati soggetti. HP è solo una delle molte imprese americane ad utilizzare i blog. Troviamo Mc Donald’s, General Motors ecc..
Nel futuro vedremo compagnie pubblicare qualunque tipo di annuncio usando il blog ed invogliare i dipendenti a bloggare. Ancora, stiamo assistendo ad un aumento dell’uso di video e podcast su altri media. Questo porterà ad un aumento della lettura dei blog con informazioni sempre più diffuse e votate tra i lettori.
Capiamo come i blog d’impresa non diano solo possibilità all’ esecutivo di postare i propri messaggi ma da la possibilità di relazionarsi con i clienti e di conoscere i feedback.
