Maestro di griglia

Gli esami sono finalmente finiti. Si, parlo degli esami universitari. Cinque anni di esami che si sono conclusi, ieri, con una telefonata:
“Salve professore, l’ho passato l’esame?”;
“Mi faccia controllare..mmm.. si, l’ha passato”.
Ho finito. Ancora non me ne capacito ma vi assicuro che per me trattasi di un traguardo. Sono coscente che manca ancora la tesi ma è solo da rettificare, il grosso l’ho fatto.
E’ così che ieri, oggi e domani mi impegnerò in grigliate. Che bella la parola “grigliata“, non trovate?
Tutti gli amici assieme che..grigliano. In realtà, almeno credo, in ogni compagnia c’è un “maestro di griglia” ossia l’amico che è addetto alla griglia. Prepara il fuoco con maestria e da vita all’arte della griglia.
Se notate, spesso attorno a questa persona si forma sempre un gruppetto di visitatori che, forse attirati dai deliziosi fumi in levare, o perchè da troppa birra offuscati, centrano i loro discorsi proprio intorno alla griglia. Consigli e critiche dispensano.
Ecco vorrei aprire una parentesi per criticare codesti consiglieri:”O date una mano o state in silenzio e ringraziate che avete trovato un fesso che è disponibile a ungersi e sporcarsi per tutto il tempo della preparazione della carne, e poi se siete tanto bravi a far voi da mangiare, ma perchè non mollate giù le birre che avete in mano (1 per mano) e fate vobis?”.
A grigliata pronta, ciò per cui ci è voluto un ora e più per preparare, viene divorato in una manciata di minuti. Tutti sazi collassano sulle sdraio e la serata finisce con le ultime birre, una chitarre e frivolezze (non sempre educate).
Il mio prossimo obiettivo è finire la tesi e laurearmi. “Del doman non c’è certezza” ma spero almeno di conquistarmi la pergamena.
Domani? Bhè, griglia!
