IP 89.248.168.40 solo spam

Ormai sono delle settimane che il blog è attaccato dal seguente IP: 89.248.168.40 tramite commenti ad un post di tipo spam.
Ogni giorno più di una sessantina di commenti atti a pubblicizzare Casino, particolari medicinali, altro.
Dopo aver rinforzato il plugin per la verifica dei commenti, mi sono deciso di capire chi fosse il titolare dell’IP, ecco che vado su whois, inserisco l’IP e trovo tutti gli indirizzi utili per segnalare l’abuso. Noto che la società titolare del dominio è di origine Norvegese e trovo un indirizzo email al quale scrivere. Subito scrivo ed ecco la risposta che ho ricevuto:

Thank you for reporting the issue, we have notified the holder of the IP address and urged him to take appropriate action to avoid suspension.

Speriamo di aver risolto la faccenda per adesso la ECATEL ltd è stata gentile e tempestiva.
No tag.
Altro consiglio, cancellata tutti i commenti non solo di tipo spam ma anche trackping provenienti dall’IP di spam. Sono proprio queste pubblicazioni nei commenti dei vostri post che richiama altro spam.
