How about your Maslow’s stair?

Finalmente ho reperito una sfiziosa piramide dei bisogni/valori di Maslow.
Di solito quelle che trovo sui libri di marketing sono tutte tristi e spesso in bianco e nero.
Monocromatiche perchè le fotocopie a colori non ne ho mai fatte.
Maslow mi è venuto in mente oggi perchè secondo me può aiutare, soprattutto uno squinternato come me a capire di che carenze è affetto.
Una specie di scaletta per un esame di coscienza con il fine di migliorare lo stato psico-fisico dell’ esaminante.
Ma cerchiamo di spiegare a chi non ha mai visto questo schema, di cosa si tratta.
E’ una piramide da seguire dal basso verso l’alto che è divisa da 5 strati di bisogni diversi che l’individuo mira a soddisfare per essere felice.
Una specie di “5 steps to become happy” solo che è chiamata:”Hierarchy of Needs“.
Si passa da uno strato all’altro se e solo se si è soddisfatto il bisogno dello strato precedente. Passo allo strato 2 se ho soddisfatto il bisogno dell primo strato.
La piramide come dicevo è costituita da 5 strati, partendo dal basso, sono così distribuiti:
1) Bisogni fisiologici;
2) Bisogno di sicurezza;
3) Bisogno di amare e appartenenza;
4) Bisogno di essere stimato;
5) bisogno di autorealizzazione.
Questi sono le cinque macro voci di bisogni al quale punta l’uomo. Da qui, inizialmente, cerchiamo la soddisfazione di bisogni fisiologici ossia quei bisogni che ci consentono il sostentamento quindi mangiare, bere, aria etc.
Soddisfatti questi bisogni, l’uomo che non si accontenta mai, aspira alla sua sicurezza fisica, ad avere un riparo, ad avere una sicurezza nel lavoro.
Altro passettino e si arriva al terzo macro gruppo di bisogni.
I bisogni di amare e appartenenza, quindi la necessità dell’uomo di avere una lei, dei figli, amici, un gruppo.. un branco.
Ma andiamo avanti.
Arriviamo ai bisogni di essere stimati, di avrere una buona reputazione e dignità.
Ultimo passettino per arrivare al settimo cielo è la necessità dell’uomo di auto stima. Il bisogno 4 è la necessità dell’uomo di essere stimato mentre il bisogno 5 è la necessità dell’uomo all’autorealizzazione.
Raggiunta la vetta, dovresti essere felice, realizzato. Prestate attenzione che nella realtà, la gente non passa in modo così preciso da uno strato all’altro.
Ma voi, a che punto siete sulla scaletta?
No tag.
giustamente il bisogno di amare sta nel mezzo, ovvero al punto di equilibrio….

Direi che sui primi 2 ci siamo, per quanto riguarda gli altri ho dei problemi di grip, la pendenza della mia piramide al momento è troppo accentuata, anche volendo salire scivolo sempre sullo stesso gradino…in passato penso però di essere arrivato un po’ più in su di dove sono ora…devo ricordarmi come ho fatto…
