Ginocchia rotte e strufoli a Primavera

Non ci siamo per niente!
L’altro giorno me ne vado a correre su per i monti del mio Paese e cosa mi capita mai? Il ginocchio inizia a darmi problemi. Inizialmente il problema era più che altro un fastidio ma poi.. mamma mia che male (bhè dai, non esageriamo) rimane il fatto che ho dovuto abbassare di molto il ritmo e sono tornato a casa dolorante.
Che cos’ho?
Il giorno dopo mi sveglio presto e mi dico:” O la va o la spacca“, di nuovo a correre ma dopo la prima salita il male è diventato acuto e sono dovuto tornare a casa.
Dannazione, è primavera e fra pochissimo devo andare ad arrampicare con i miei amici! Non esiste che salto la stagione, non che sia un gran arrampicatore ma non voglio passare tutto il tempo a far da sicura e basta.
Va bhè, adesso si vedrà, Matteo il mio amico radiologo dalle lastre dice che non ho niente e che si tratta solo di cartillagine dispettosa. Speriamo bene.
Voglio lasciarvi con una vera chicca. Visto che i miei sono passati per Benevento questa Pasqua, vi voglio dare una ricetta che la nonna Maria ha tramandato. Si tratta degli Strufoli, un dolce tipico Napoletano.
Strufoli
Dosi per 4 persone
3 uova intere + 1 tuorlo
500 gr farina 00
50 gr burro
4 cucchiai di zucchero
Un pizzico di sale
Un bicchierino di liquore Strega
1 buccia di limone grattuggiato
2 cucchiaini di Pan degli Angeli
Procedimento
In una terrina mescolare assieme tutti gli ingredienti fino ad ottenere una pasta omogenea. Della pasta, fare tante palline di piccole dimensioni e friggetele. Tutte le palline mettetele in un tegame e cospargeteci sopra miele che avete sciolto precedentemente in un pentolino.
Di solito gli Strufoli vanno serviti freddi con sopra sparse le codette di zucchero colorate. Gnam gnam provare per credere e fatemi sapere.
