Riesci a spiegarci meglio cosa intendi per “ conversazione “?
Debbie:
E’ una cosa interessante. Ho appena trascorso due settimane in Cina. I Social Media, che sono anche i blog, sono un fenomeno che sta esplodendo in Cina. Tutti lo fanno. Professionisti di tutte le età lo fanno. Il blog non è un gioco per giovani e non è solo per tecnici.
In Cina, quando la gente di un blog lascia un commento, non ne lascia uno ma 500 commenti.
C’era un post scritto da Starbucks su la sperduta città Proibita di Pechino. C’erano almeno 3000 commenti lasciati dai lettori. C’era qualcosa come mezzo milione di visite per quel particolare post.
Quante volte la gente ha visitato il tuo blog, è spesso un parametro che è presente ed indicato nel tuo blog. Puoi pensare: “Se non ho una decida di commenti per ogni post, il mio blog è un fallimento”. Ricorda, noi non siamo in Cina.
Certo, si vuole che i post vengano commentati. No, non giudicare i post che scrivi periodicamente in base a quanti commenti hanno ricevuto. Non è così che si fa. Io ho un blog abbastanza popolare. E’ iscritto a Technorati nei top 10000 blog sui 100 milioni di blog totali e io non ricevo commenti tutte le volte.
Se sei un personaggio famoso, un blogger celebre come Robert Scoble, potresti ricevere più di 100 commenti ogni volta che posti nel tuo blog.
Come puoi suscitare commenti? Potresti scrivere un post molto specifico nel blog e alla fine chiedere al lettore cosa ne pensa. Ci sono molti modo per suscitare commenti. Puoi avvertire i lettori che hai pubblicato un nuovo post via mail, ovvio che il post debba interessarli. La mail è un sistema che può funzionare ma attento a non esagerare con le mail.
E’ bello quando ricevi dei commenti e quando gli stessi commentatori si scambiano opinioni fra di loro nel tuo blog. Quando mi capita dico, “Wow, I really have traction here”, “Sono riuscita a stimolare la conversazione” .

Stimoli la conversazione e questa non sai dove andrà a parare.

Lo scopo di un Business blog è di istituire il blogger come esperto della materia che tratta nel suo blog. Un modo per arrivare a questo è forzare il blogger a trattare le varie tematiche relative al Business in questione. Business che deve vedere il blogger come parte attiva.
Scrivere è attività non facile. Devi scrivere chiaramente sforzandoti di pensare a qualcosa di specifico che dovrai poi trattarlo in un modo che non hai fatto mai prima di allora.
Va bene ogni tanto dire:” Sto ancora finendo di analizzare questo argomento. Non è da tanto che ci sto lavorando su. Mi piacerebbe sentire cosa ne pensiate”. Va bene ammettere:”Non sono il massimo esperto in materia” oppure anche “cosa vorresti aggiungere al tema che ho trattato?”. Questo è un qualcosa che veramente manda avanti una conversazione.
Se stessi scrivendo per esempio per il New York TImes, non potrei affermare che non conosco pienamente l’argomento che sto trattando. Questo lo puoi fare, invece, quando blogghi. Sei umano. Sei vero. Qualche volta non hai tutte le risposte.
Essere umano, essere vero. Questo è anche il bello dei blog. L’aziendalese non piace a nessuno e non fa altro che rendere sospettosi i lettori.
