Cos’è l’amore?

Quando si accende l’amore è una pazzia temporanea. L’amore scoppia come un terremoto e in seguito si placa e quando si è placato bisogna prendere una decisione, bisogna riuscire a capire se le nostre radi sono così inestricabilmente intrecciate che è inconcepibile il solo pensiero di separarle.
Questo è l’amore.
L’amore non è turbamento, non è eccitazione, non è il desiderio di accoppiarsi ogni istante della giornata, non è restare svegli alla notte immaginando che lei sia lì a baciare ogni parte del tuo corpo.
Questo è semplicemente essere innamorati e chiunque può facilmente convincersi di esserlo.
L’amore è invece, quello che resta del fuoco quando l’innamoramento si è consumato.

Si credo che Madden abbia ragione.
Tu ti innamori di una persona, molto spesso non la conosci neanche bene ma senti che non puoi far a meno di Lei. La cerchi, l’osservi, stai con lei il più possibile. Con il tempo le cose cambiano, inizi a razionalizzare il rapporto.
Cerchi di capire se Lei è veramente la persona giusta. E se non lo è, è stato tempo perso? No niente tempo perso. Pensate che molte persone capiscono che non sono l’uno per l’altra solo dopo molti anni, ma si sa, l’età cambia.

non lo so mica sai…..
poichè non sono ancora riuscita a dare una definizione all’amore, che forse non c’è nemmeno una definizione valida per tutti, non lo so mica….

Darne una definizione è assai difficile. Qualcuno diceva:”Tu chiamale se vuoi emozioni”.
Ma sul fatto dell’innamormento sono d’accordo, ossia che è una fase che ti consente di avvicinarti sempre di più all’altra persona, di confidarti e di aprirti.
Amore, che cosa difficile e incomprensibile.
