Un caffè grazie. Dopo poco l’avvenente cameriera mi serve un caffè bollente in tazza grossa. Tazzina, piattino cucchiaino e bustina di zucchero ma…..
Ebbene si, sono rimasto esterefatto!
La bustina di zucchero era brandizzata dall’Università degli Studi di Udine, riportava il payoff:”Coloriamo la materia grigia” nel fronte e nel retro una breve frase per promuovere l’engagement, in questo caso l’iscrizione all’Università puntando molto sul fatto che manca ancora poco tempo.
L’Università che si promuove proprio in quelle zone da dove arrivano il maggior numero degli studenti, e si promuove in modo sicuramente nuovo e fresco, comunicando sicuramente un cambiamento.
Allora cosa ne dite, uomini di marketing?
Io davvero sono rimasto sorpreso e mi è venuto il dubio che ci fosse dell’altro infatti, mi sono subito collegato al portale dell’Università e scopro in home page alcune interessanti novità, con video e collegamenti alla pagina facebook (facebook nel sito istituzionale dell’Università Statale…finalmente). Ora è un po’ di più 2.0 ma, bisogna vedere come e se risponderanno agli utenti.
«La comunicazione globale e dinamica viaggia sui blog e nei forum, attraverso le comunità virtuali e i social network, nelle piattaforme per la didattica on line, luoghi di incontro e di interazione». Per questo, l’università di Udine ha scelto di essere presente anche attraverso nuovi strumenti informativi e di condivisione di idee, di cultura e di esperienze, certamente in grado nel mondo di oggi di avvicinare gli studenti al mondo universitario e che sono del tutto familiari ai nostri diciottenni “nativi digitali”» Raffaella Bombi.
Da una veloce occhiata l’Università degli Studi di Udine, per adesso, è posizionate su Facebook anche se conta ancora pochi utenti (fate delle street nell’Univerità) e su Youtube (chiedete la condivisione ai blogger magari a coloro che sono iscritti presso l’Uni di Udine).
