Fase 2: Determinare i requisiti che deve possedere l’azienda
Una volta che avete capito cosa un blog possa fare per voi, è tempo di capire quali saranno i requisiti che dovrete avere per dar vita ad un blog.
Ci sono pochi requisiti chiave che dovete avere inquanto ad oggi, siete aiutati da molti strumenti disponibili liberamente. Chiunque con una minima base di conoscenze sul web, può crearsi il suo blog in meno di 5 minuti. Es. l’uso di un CSS come WordPress o tanti altri.
Ciò non deve far pensare che dar vita ad un blog d’impresa sia così facile. Facile è avere dei dipendenti che “ postino” sul blog ma, come ogni blogger sa, la sfida sta nel convincere la gente a leggere realmente le pubblicazioni del blog e magari commentarle.
Questo aspetto è molto critico soprattutto nel mondo delle imprese dove il tempo è estremamente razionalizzato.
I guru dei blog, dopo l’aumento di iscritti alle newsfeeds, prevedono che fra pochi anni ci sarà il boom dei lettori che utilizzeranno anche svariate tecnologia come RSS.
Tuttavia, questo è ancora lontano allora la domanda è se tutto ciò muterà mai in realtà. La cosa che la maggior parte di questi guru non capisce è che la quasi totalità dei professionisti non ha la necessità di essere sempre al top della notizia 24 ore al giorno.
Contabili, ingegneri, dentisti, – sono perfettamente in grado di fare il loro lavoro senza essere aggiornati ogni minuto su ciò che sta accadendo nel mondo.
Se volete convincere qualunque professionista a trascorrere parte del suo prezioso tempo leggendo il blog di qualche impresa, dovete offrirgli del valore aggiunto. Inoltre, aspettatevi di scontrarvi con altri bloggers e media anche loro speranzosi di catturare l’attenzione del professionista.
Potete vincere la concorrenza solo se sarete in grado di offrire contenuti di qualità ed aggiornati. Riuscire ad avere contenuti di qualità per il blog d’impresa, richiede tre cose: Capacità, Tempo e Conoscenze.
CAPACITA’: Tutti possono scrivere ma, solo pochi lo sanno fare bene. Non ci si aspetta che un blogger sia Shakespeare ma che sia capace di far ritornare i lettori.
TEMPO: Più i contenuti del blog sono di qualità e più tempo ti prendono. In più, costruire una reputazione e rimanere in contatto con la “ blogosfera” richiede al blogger di informarsi ( leggere ) gli altri blog e dar vita a discussioni con altri autori.
CONOSCENZE: Un blogger di un’ impresa necessita di conoscere sia l’impresa per la quale posta nel blog e l’ambiente industriale di riferimento o non sarà in grado di produrre materiale di qualità.
Mentre per i primi due requisiti posso acquisire personale dall’ esterno ( anche se costa ), il terzo requisito prevede la partecipazione di personale chiave interno dell’ impresa. Questo significa che nella maggior parte dei casi, non potete dar vita a un blog d’impresa a meno che non liberate dagli impegni gli impiegati chiave ossia impiegati possessori delle giuste conoscenze.
Certo, potete assumere personale esterno ma costa, soprattutto se sono dei buoni scrittori.
Acquisire personale esterno è attività giustificata solo quando internamente non si hanno le capacità e conoscenze adatte.
Se voglio avere successo col blog poco importano i costi.
