Il CEO di Barilla mi risponde.

E’ iniziato con sabato 3 ottore 2009 il master in marketing management presso il campus Universitario dell’Università di Parma.
Mi sono svegliato e con due autobus (il tragitto l’avevo gia provato il giorno prima perchè, almeno il primo giorno cerchiamo di evitare ritardi), scendo proprio al campus, popco distante dalla sede dove si terranno le lezioni.
Ritrovo, per la strada una ragazza intravista alle selezioni del master che si erano tenute mesi prima presso la sede del Sole 24Ore a Milano, sede splendida e disegnata da Renzo Piano. Lei, questa ragazza, era la borsista di Barilla. E brava la ragazza!
Subito si entra nel vivo, siamo accolti dal custode della struttura che scruta i nuovi arrivati dall’alto. Io lo saluto e lui, risponde al saluto ricordandosi che mi aveva conosciuto il giorno prima,durante il mio giro di perlustrazione.
Tutti in aula magna. Non pensate a un grande spazio ma, invece, ad un’accogliente auletta in stile casa di montagna, si, insomma, mi sentivo a casa!
Prende la parola il responsabile del master, il professore Guido Cristini per poi lasciare la parola all’Amministratore delegato della Barilla.
Il CEO Barilla ha tenuto una lezione trattante il cosa significa fare marketing in Barilla. Disarmante la complessità della materia e la vasta preparazione che lo staff/gli staff che operano in area marketing della Barilla devono avere. Un mix tra competenze e interdisciplinarità. Ha trattato la storia della Barilla da quando è nata fino ad adesso. Tutto sintetizzato in alcuni filmati che abbiamo visionato. Il filmato è l’output finale di un lavoro immane che l’uomo di marketing deve fare.
Al termine della lezione, hanno riservato proprio 5 minuti per le nostre domande e…. l’Amministratore Delegato della Barilla ha risposto proprio ad una mia domanda 
…
Breve aperitivo con mille sfizi e poi, è toccato a noi. Ci siamo presentati e il prof. Cristini assieme alla nostra tutor, ci hanno dato le “regole del gioco”. Semplice per adesso ma, la paura è troppa. Riuscirò ad affrontare la sfida? Riuscirò a sopportare la mole di lavoro che questo master mi richiederà? Sopporterò stare a Parma?
Non lo so, ma sicuramente lo scoprirò!
Per chi non lo sapesse, adesso vivo a Parma. Ho una sigola ma molto singola, a confronto il mio vecchio appartamento era una reggia. Ho passato tre giorni a lucidare la mia cameretta e adesso, è vivibile. A parte le mille zanzare che mi puntano e pungono, un gatto che continua a voler entrare in casa mia e alla moquette che devo pulirla ogni secondo che si inzozza sempre! Ma che utilità ha la moquette solo scriverla è complicata, pensate pulirla!
Domani, la prima settimama di master. Una settimana introduttiva tra noi (30 studenti) e lo psicologo….
