12 Puntata: Fase 4: Ricerca dei fattori non influenzabili

Fino ad adesso la Guida ha cercato di capire cosa un blog possa fare per voi.
Lo scopo della fase 4 è guardare alla specifica situazione in cui ricade la vostra impresa e verificare se esistono dei fattori che facilitano e rendono difficile l’implementazione di un blog d’impresa.
E’ stato scritto tanto sui fattori di successo, si veda la pubblicazione di Carle Cass. Loro hanno identificato 4 fattori di successo per un blog d’impresa:
1) Cultura, 2) Trasparenza, 3) Tempo, 4) Intrattenere attraverso lo stile di scrittura.
Tuttavia, pur riconoscendo grande importanza a questi fattori, solo due di questi sono indispensabili nel momento in cui un’ azienda deve decidere se iniziare col proprio blog d’impresa:
1) Cultura e 2) Trasparenza.
Perché? Perché sono definiti fattori di successo non influenzabili ossia non possono essere cambiati o almeno non immediatamente, dalla squadra che gestisce il blog d’impresa.
E’ pressoché impossibile cambiare d’improvviso la cultura aziendale e la trasparenza. Questi due fattori potrebbero diventare delle vere e proprie barriere nel momento in cui si vuole implementare un blog. Gli altri fattori di successo menzionati da Carl e Cass possono essere controllati dal blogging team.
Per esempio, assumendo scrittori o addestrando personale interno all’ uso dei blog. Questo dipende dalla disponibilità delle risorse che l’impresa ha, ciò potrebbe richiedere fonti extra (ambito da considerare nella fase 3, Requisiti richiesti ). Comunque per la maggior parte dei casi non sono problemi insormontabili.
Poiché lo scopo della guida è assistere le compagnie a prendere la decisione corretta, la fase 4 si focalizza solo sui fattori di successo non influenzabili dall’ impresa.

Voi dovete studiare ciascuno di questi fattori, determinare se ci sono barriere o non per il vostro blog d’impresa e poi ritornare alla fase 1 ed 3 per sistemarle. Attenzione che questa descrizione non è completa. Nei casi specifici ci possono essere altri fattori non influenzabili che non abbiamo elencato ma che sono comunque importanti.
