10 Puntata: Quanto tempo dedicare al blog

Abbiamo richiesto al nostro panel di fornire delle indicazioni circa il tempo minimo necessario per far funzionare bene il blog aziendale collegato ai costi ( stipendi per ora ).
basandoci sui benefici che sono attesi, nella realtà potrete investire anche meno tempo per farvi il vostro blog d’impresa.
Un CEO blog può richiedere 1 pubblicazione a settimana o 2 affinchè sia buono. I lettori sanno che un CEO è pieno di impegni e non si aspetteranno di più. Infatti potrebbero sospettare qualcosa se il CEO pubblicasse frequentemente.
Pubblicare prenderà circa 2 ore del vostro tempo, il resto del tempo è necessario spenderlo in commenti e osservazioni su quello che accade nella blogosfera.
Il blog d’impresa per essere interessante necessita di 2 o3 pubblicazioni a settimana. Il blog sarà letto dai visitatori occasionali, dagli interessati e dai candidati di lavoro. Se questi “ ospiti “ non trovano pubblicazioni recenti, finiranno per pensare che l’impresa non sta prendendo sul serio il blog ( sta quindi sprecando i suoi soldi ).
In un blog per esperti i punti di forza sono: la sua comunità e la ricerca di clienti potenziali. Ciò può essere realizzato se gli esperti del blog fanno 3 o 5 pubblicazioni a settimana in modo da incoraggiare i lettori non solo a leggere le pubblicazioni ma di scrivere i propri commenti. Inutile dire che nel momento in cui ti trovi a dover gestire anche i commenti e le intuizioni di terzi, il tempo diviene sempre più stretto.
Il blog che richiede più tempo è il blog per soggetto ( Topic glob ). Questo manca di una figura di autorità ( figura presente nell’ export blog ). Diciamo che se il topic blog riesce a controllare il suo soggetto di discussinoe allora incoraggerà i visitatori a tornare. L’idea per questo blog è quello di creare un one- stop- shop dove relativamente ad un soggetto trovo tutte le possibili informazioni ma soprattutto gli interessati possono trovare informazioni rilevanti. Per questo blog non è richiesto scendere in profondità a livello informativo perché non è un export blog.
Fondo spese per i blog: a parte o assieme? I blog sono a budget, di solito, dell’ area marketing e/o PR ma, come è mostrato nella “ Ruota del valore dei blog “, i blog hanno un impatto su HRM; CRM e vendite. Si potrebbe quindi richiedere l’intervento anche a questi comparti nel contribuire alla costituzione di un fondo dedicato.
Il guru blog è un caso particolare perché è curato da impiegati nel loro tempo libero. Le imprese di solito non li pagano, altre danno qualche contributo. Ecco perché per l’azienda il tempo richiesto per far funzionare questo blog è pressoché basso. D’altro canto le compagnie sarebbero disposte a pagare lo scrittore se questo fosse veramente esperto ( un’ autorità ).
Il blog industriale è un buon modo per le imprese di impratichirsi. Ha la possibilità di usufruire di un vasto pubblico con un investimento ridotto. Ad i partecipanti è richiesta una sola pubblicazione a settimana, il resto del tempo è usato per capire cosa stanno facendo gli altri.
Dopo avere seguito la fase 1 e 2, dovreste avere un’idea del tipo di blog che più soddisferebbe la vostra azienda e sarete riusciti a stimare i costi che dovrete sostenere. Prossimamente andremo a valutare il “costo opportunità” ossia, gli investimenti alternativi per avere la certezza che tu non stia perdendo tempo. Entreremo quindi nella FASE 3: Valutare le alternative.
